Dr Koh said cervix not open and baby not engaged .. My fear finally became the real .. Induction success rate is only 60% so i opt for c-sect with epi
24/12/07
12am - went for my last meal (Bak Kut Teh)
1am - Admit into Mount Alvernia
5am - Everything prepared
6.30am - Push into operation theatre
7am - Epidural admister
7.30am - C sect Starts
7.52am - Baby Isaiah Born!
Throughout the c sect nothing is nice .. Epidural makes me drowsy and sick .. Backache shoulder ache .. Cried when they pull Isaiah out cuz his position is too high up and it was soooo painful.. Hubby witnessed everything bring Isaiah back to ward .. Operation finish at about 8.30am and back to ward ..
Epidural wears off really fast and pain is horrible ..
10am - First Latch - Got milk!!!!
There goes my breastfeeding journey ..
The pain after the c-sect was unbearable .. Going to the toilet is such a painful thing .. Shall not write more to remember it ..
