Morning, i received a call from barks&bubbles. She is my regular groomer for my 3 dogs. She knew that i'm looking for poodle as she own 2 poodles herself. She called and say one fo her customer wants to put her puppy for adoption due to her hb was posted to shanghai in sept and she is sick which she got to go through an operation after she settle joi to a new home.
We had a long chat and she is a really nice lady. I agreed to take care of joi. She was lovely, sweet and playful! Although she is a mini size which is not what i'm looking for. But size doesn't really matter as long as is is not a large breed dog. Called hb and he agreed on the adoption fee. Joi's owner gave me one big bag of joi's stuff. Clothes, treats, grooming stuff. Brush alone she have 2 and 2 comb! And many hairtie, clips etc .. I can sense she really love joi but she felt unfair to put her in boarding house everytime she travels. Can see her eyes filled with tears when she told me about joi. Owner and joi have some playing time before she left. I left joi at barks&bubbles before going back home to spring clean my house and prepare joi playpen.
Groomer is nice to send joi to my place in the evening for free .. Upon reaching home, i bathe joi and she went crazy after that. Yestersday she is abit uncontrollable. Due to new environment and excited to have isaiah as a playmate. Was really tired yesterday after cleaning and bathing her.
Was giving isaiah dinner and he insist he eats himself but end up the whole table is full of porridge and from his head to toe is porridge! i was even thinking to get hubby to bath him at night but the mess he done i got to bath him straight away.
With one messy toddler and one crazy puppy running around the house is horrible!
I couldn't even last night. totally no appetite due to tiredness. and i didn't even for the whole day yesterday cause i'm super busy. End up calling mac at 3am :p
Joi was abit crazy when she is excited but she does listen to command. Joi's owner did bring her to training course but yet complete so i'll be bringing her to the course all over again since her owner already paid for it. Is better for joi and me too.
She never stop moving when isaiah is around. only till i put her in the playpen she will go to sleep. They will play non stop. When joi gets too rough or kept pestering isaiah, isaiah will call "MI!!!" cause he got so irritated. that was a very funny scene .. Finally there is something that can bully isaiah and makes her irritated.
She is well trained. Goes to pee tray to do her business without me telling her to. Gobble her dinner within mins last night.
By the way yesterday was a blessing day.
We got Joi and she was healthy and clean. and CUTE!
Her owner was a really nice catholic lady which kept thanking me that i adopt joi.
Took a cab back home ydae afternoon and i didn't have small change, the driver even tell me it's ok! Next time when i see him just buy him kopi. How nice is he!
Praise Got for Joi and that taxi driver!
Today i'm gonna stay at home and sleep .... No energy to scrap even though i have to mood too :(
